    Our Commercial Relocation Process

    We assign a dedicated account manager to each commercial move. Their job is to ensure a minimum amount of disruption to your clients and staff


    Your account manager will visit your current and your new premises and ensure we have a thorough understanding of the proposed move. We will take this opportunity to discuss a schedule for the move.


    If required we will assign a member of staff to carry out an audit of the items to be dissembled and/or moved. We will ensure we have the correct packing materials, vehicles and expertise on-hand and available for when you move.

    Day of Move

    On the day of your move our team will arrive at the predetermined time. We will break down the move into sectors, prioritising those items needed for your business to operate like IT and infrastructure.


    Our move coordinator will work with you to ensure all items are unpacked and relocated to the correct place. If required; assembling all items which require assembly. We can even organise disposal of all packing materials.

    Will i be assigned a dedicated point of contact?

    Yes! There will; always be a specified Move Manager who will take care of your move. All planning and scheduling meetings will involve this point of contact. He or she may or may not be part of the day move crew, but is only a phone call away.

    Can my move be outside of my normal business hours?

    Of course! We’re very happy to help minimise disruption to your day-to-day business by scheduling in removal works when suitable. Evenings, weekends, multi-phased, and even through the night are all available should you need it.

    How can we keep operating while the moving is ongoing?

    With planning! Between your self and our Move Coordinator we will assign priority to the items that keep your business operating; dissembling, packing, moving and reassembling those as a priority. This is often done in sectors, with our team moving each sector at a time.

    Can you provide appropriate packing materials?

    Yes! we have ample stock of quality packing materials including boxes, tapes and various padding and fillers. Let us know if you require any of these items.

    What type of insurance do you have?

    We have £50,000 worth of content insurance (this can be increased upon request), a copy of our policy is provided via email before we start the move.

    Can you help disassemble and assemble furniture and office equipment?

    Yes! Upon request our staff will take the greatest of care to safely dismantle and/or assemble any furniture which requires it. Each vehicle keeps a tool box to hand for this very purpose.
